• Original Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which may be deducted from your refund.

• Custom Designs & Altered Sizing: Please note that custom-designed items or items with altered sizing may be subject to a partial refund or store credit rather than a full refund, depending on the extent of customization and our ability to resell the item. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• Refund Approval: All refunds are subject to approval upon our inspection of the returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
